We’re turning Richland Parish PINK—one yard at a time!

For just $35, you can book a day to have a card placed in someone’s yard, business, or your own to celebrate a survivor, support a fighter, honor a loved one, or simply help spread breast cancer awareness. Only ONE yard will be featured each day, so claim your day while you can! Do you know someone currently fighting breast cancer in Richland Parish? Please email their information to mallory@guardianhealthclinic.com so we can help support a local cancer fighter through this campaign.

Free Breast Cancer Screening

The Louisiana Cancer Foundation is having a FREE Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening event October 13th and 14th (by appointment only)

The Louisiana Cancer Foundation offers FREE public cancer screenings, open to the community, to promote public awareness and early detection. You must be 40 or over and have not had a mammogram in the last year for a mammogram or between the ages of 25-65 for the cervical screening.

Call or email Jennifer Zimmerman at 318-460-1006 or jennifer.zimmerman@lacancerfoundation.org to schedule your appointment. This event is sponsored in part with funding from the Cancer Foundation League, the Living Well Foundation, Origin Bank, proceeds from the MAD-Dash 5k, and Union General Hospital – who also graciously hosts the mobile mammogram unit at their location.

The Louisiana Cancer Foundation is having a FREE Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening event October 20th and 21st (by appointment only) in the mobile mammogram unit at their office

The Louisiana Cancer Foundation offers FREE public cancer screenings, open to the community, to promote public awareness and early detection. You must be between the ages of 25-65 for the cervical screening and 40 or over (and not had a mammogram in the last year) for the breast screening.
