I’ve always believed stories matter—especially the ones that come from everyday people living with grit, grace, and hope. That’s what I love to share. Whether I’m talking with a farmer in a dusty field, riding through a small town on my Harley, or baking up something sweet in the kitchen, my heart is to lift people up and remind them they’re not alone.

I grew up on a cotton and soybean farm in Tallulah, Louisiana, where faith, family, and hard work shaped my view of the world. Those roots gave me a deep love for rural life and the people who live it, and now I have the joy of telling their stories every day—from the back roads to the broadcast studio.

When I’m not chasing a good story, you might find me on horseback, trying out a new recipe, or behind the camera for a cooking competition (Emeril Lagasse once called my cheesecake one of the best he’d ever had—true story!). But wherever I am, my heart is the same: to listen well, love deeply, and help people feel seen.
