Mark Anyan was nominated by Kirstie Ford and here is what Kirstie told us about this nominee:

Growing up, my dad jokingly referred to himself as a “Manly Man.” To this day, my daughters still call their papa that from time to time—and I have to admit, it always makes me smile.

While the nickname may be lighthearted, it’s fitting in more ways than one. My dad deserves to be honored this Father’s Day not just for his strength, but for his humble, servant heart.

He’s always willing to help those in need—serving at Grace Place, giving rides to those without transportation, feeding the hungry, mowing yards for widows, and so much more. I’ve watched him quietly serve from afar, and while he never pushed me to follow his example, his actions spoke volumes.

This Father’s Day, I’m especially grateful for a dad who has shown me what it truly means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. In a world that often defines manhood differently, I’m confident this is what a “Manly Man” looks like in the eyes of our Heavenly Father.

Dad, thank you isn’t enough. I love you, and I’m proud to call you my father.

Kevin is my husband and all together we have 8 children and 9 grandchildren. This man goes above and beyond every single day to make sure everyone of us is ok. He takes care of his elderly mother as well, brings her coffee in bed every morning which I think is precious. If he knows that any one of us want or need something he does whatever it takes to make sure we get it. We don’t ever get to tell him enough how much we love and appreciate everything he does for everyone in his life. He is absolutely the best at leading our family and making sure God is at the forefront of it all.

My father figure is my dad! I feel he deserves to be honored because when I have an issue or need help, he will drop everything and come to my rescue. He’s a very hard worker. Sometimes he may work 2 to 3 jobs. He’s my twin and we act just alike. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. He’s a great dad and I am blessed to have him!!

He’s the best Daddy, I say he deserves the world but the world doesn’t deserve him all the time. I grew up watching my Daddy struggle after divorce and eventually losing my mom. He was and still is the only constant in my life. People in the grocery store or anywhere that know him always refer to him as “sages daddy” even when they know his name. He’s loved by so many and doesn’t even know it. His life is a testimony in itself.

My dad, Ron Harpe deserves to be honored not just on Father’s Day, but every day. Anyone who knows him, loves him. He is loving, funny, kind, gentle, and so supportive. Being the only girl and the baby, I guess he spoiled me a little. He has always been such a fun dad. He never had to say anything but he was disappointed in me and the tears would start flowing. I never wanted to disappoint him, but even if I did, he was always there to pick me up. He’s always been the one I called for help and always will. He taught me what a Godly man, husband, and father should be. There is none like my daddy! He deserves the world! I love my good nooking daddy! (Inside joke).

He is not my father or my girls father, but he is my husband and their step-dad. He has been in their lives for 14 years now and has stepped up as their father. He is always there for them when they need him, whether it be showing up to extracurricular activities, cheering them on or moving them to other states, he is always there. The same blood may not run through their veins, but love does. Thank you William for everything you do for us! We love you!

My dad has always been my hero. I was born two months early on December 15, 1992, weighing just 2 pounds, 11 ounces. From the very beginning, he was there for me—and he’s never stopped.

Through every medical challenge, every hard moment, my dad has shown up with strength and love. No matter what, I know I can count on him.

This Father’s Day, I want to make it special for him. I want him to know how proud I am to be his child and how hard I try every day to be there for him—just like he’s always been there for me.

When he lost his dad, I stood by him, and now I want to do something that will make him proud of me. That’s why I’m nominating my dad. He deserves to be celebrated.

MONDAY’S WINNER

Daniel Sledge was nominated by KayLee Edwards and here is what KayLee told us about this nominee:

Daniel has been my dad since I was five years old. When he met my mom, she already had three kids—definitely not the easiest thing to sign up for. But he chose us, and he did it with grace.

He is the most selfless person I know—always putting others before himself, always ready to lend a hand. Not because he has to, but simply because that’s the kind of person he is. He’s one call away, always.

He didn’t have kids of his own when he married my mom, but he stepped into the role of “Dad” like he was born for it. From the moment he came into our lives, there has never been anything we needed or wanted that he didn’t do his best to provide. I’ve never had to question if I was loved or if someone was in my corner—he’s always been there, showing up in the big moments and the small ones.

Daniel is hardworking and dependable—traits he instilled in me from a young age. He’s loyal to his core, and when he says he’s going to do something, he follows through.

I never miss a chance to tell people what a difference he’s made in my life. I’m certain God sent him to us, and I will be forever thankful for that. Daniel deserves the absolute world, and I pray he knows how deeply loved and appreciated he is by me.

TUESDAY’S WINNER

Andre Williams was nominated by Brittney Williams and here is what Brittney told us about this nominee:

My wonderful husband is the very definition of fatherly love.

The way he nurtures our family makes it clear that his strength comes from God. He provides for us in every way—not just financially, but emotionally and spiritually. His presence brings peace to our home, and even the sound of his voice is comforting.

He juggles so much—husband, father, pastor, friend, and assistant manager at Centric Federal Credit Union. Yet through it all, he remains the most selfless man I’ve ever met.

It would be such a beautiful thing to see him receive something special, because he gives so much of himself to everyone around him.

It’s truly an honor to be his wife and to watch him be not only a great father to our children, but a father figure to so many others.

WEDNESDAY’S WINNER

My dad is special. He had to endure watching me through 20 years of addiction, which had to be awful to see and feel. Then he has been there for the last 6 years of my recovery, he is so proud of me which changed our relationship completely. He deserves to be recognized for his heart and patience he has shown to me through all our ups and downs. That’s why I hope you will pick him.

THURSDAY’S WINNER

Lee Gole was nominated by Devon and here is what Devon told us about this nominee:

I want to honor my husband and the incredible father he is to our children.

I often describe him as the hardest worker I know—and I truly mean it. I’ve never met anyone who can outwork him. Not only does he serve our community as a local fireman, but he also owns several businesses. And he does it all for our family.

Even after a 24-hour shift and managing his businesses, he still comes home and gives our children his full attention. Whether it’s wrestling on the living room floor, surprising our daughter with a lunch visit at school, or simply being present at home—he shows up.

I know not everyone has the gift of a loving and present earthly father, but I’m so thankful that our kids get a glimpse of God’s love and presence through him.
