Meet The Staff

Lynne is from small town Louisiana, has lived in many places, but always comes home for the good food, family, and friends. As Donor Relations Manager, she has a head for numbers and a heart for serving people – she truly loves what she does. In her spare time, she loves to read, play guitar, paint, and be a shoulder for her friends to lean on. Bri is an extreme competitor and can’t go a day without good coffee, boujie cheese and skinny popcorn. Her husband Chris and 4 pit bulls (Max, Butter, Kate and Bruno) bring so much joy to her life. Bri also loves being the head volleyball coach at Ouachita High School. Bri used to be told in school to stop talking so much, and now she gets to talk to so many amazing people in this community during the Morning Show. She enjoys working out, hiding cauliflower in food, Disney World and finding $10 shirts. She has a passion for bridging cultural gaps and hopes to make a huge impact in this community. Phil truly enjoys his work as Operations Manager and has a passion for making sure our audience always has a truly enjoyable experience while listening to 88.7 The Cross. Phil always knew whether it was behind a mixing board or the mic that radio was his calling, and passion. Now he’s “living the dream” while serving and creating an impact for God. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio Phil loves his Cleveland sports the Cavs, Guardians, and Browns. In his spare time, he enjoys watching Cleveland sporting events or great shows on Netflix. He also loves great coffee and enjoys spending time at all our local coffee houses. If he’s not doing anything else he’s likely just spending time with his adorable beagle, Buddy! Sarah has a heart for ministry and building relationships which is why she loves working as the Office Manager. Although she likes to be social, she feels most refreshed after spending time alone reading, reflecting, or taking a trip to TJ Maxx. Her favorite things to do include going to the movies, working out, and trying out new recipes. Outside of work, she leads Bible studies and is involved in discipleship at her church. Julia’s been married to her husband, Paul for over a decade and they have four children; two daughters and two little boys. The days she gets to shower, blow dry her hair, wear make-up and avoid a child dumping food all over her outfit are the days she feels like a princess. The rest of the time, she’s reading Pete the Cat 8 times in a day, scrubbing juice off the kitchen floor, trying to wash and fold at least two loads of laundry, fill the dishwasher, get the girls off to school and dinner on the table at night. One of Six siblings, Ralph is a New Orleans Native, who grew up obsessed with with Weather, which led him to where he is today:  One of the highest-regarded Weather Forecasters in radio. In his spare time, he enjoys painting still Life, seascapes and landscapes.  He enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, reading and visiting bookstores. Kurt Wallace started his radio career at Greenville College and has worked in Christian radio for 31 years, which is amazing since he’s only 35.:) He also has his own radio voice-over business and is heard on stations from coast to coast. By his own admission, Kurt married the loveliest, most patient woman in America, Amy. They have four children and two dogs…if you count toy poodles and chihuahuas as “real” dogs!  You can catch his “Weekend Top 20 Countdown” twice every weekend;  Saturday mornings at 8 and again Sunday morning at 10.

Andy Chrisman has been in the Christian music industry for over 25 years, both as a solo artist and as part of the Dove Award-winning group, 4Him. He now serves as Worship Pastor at Church On The Move in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  One of the things Andy enjoys most about his job nowadays is the chance to spend less time on the road and more time at home with the people he loves most: Jackie, his wife of more than 15 years, and his two children. Andy hosts “Worship with Andy Chrisman,” heard every Sunday morning on 88.7 from 6 – 10AM.
