Meet The Staff

Jeremiah Beck – Program Director / Morning Show Host

Jeremiah was born and raised in Southern Wisconsin. After high school, he went to work in a factory, where he met his wife, Teka. In 1997 they became parents – welcoming their daughter Abigail into the world in December. He began his career in radio broadcasting in 1998. His wife and he accepted Jesus Christ as their savior on the same day in 1999, and six years later God led Jeremiah to Christian radio ministry. He’s blessed to be a member of 1st Baptist Church West Monroe, and is excited to see what God is going to do in our community in the days ahead. You can email him at Learn more about the Morning Show at The Morning Show.

Sheryl Ford – General Manager/Morning Show Host

Sheryl grew up in Baton Rouge, but has lived in NELA for over 10 years, and loves all things Louisiana. The oldest of three girls to a single mom, she fits all of the “oldest child syndrome” stereotypes. As the marketing Manager and Morning Show Host, a full time marketing student at ULM, and a momma to Lexi & Harleigh (her 4lb Maltese and much larger Rottweiler) she stays very busy  (thanks to a serious coffee addiction) but wouldn’t change a thing. Her passions are faith, family, and all things creative. Reach Sheryl at Learn more about the Morning Show at The Morning Show.

Julia Taylor – Mid Morning Host

Julia’s been married to her husband, Paul for over a decade and they have four children; two daughters and two little boys. The days she gets to shower, blow dry her hair, wear make-up and avoid a child dumping food all over her outfit are the days she feels like a princess. The rest of the time, she’s reading Pete the Cat 8 times in a day, scrubbing juice off the kitchen floor, trying to wash and fold at least two loads of laundry, fill the dishwasher, get the girls off to school and dinner on the table at night. Surprising, even to herself, she thanks God for her family even on the crazy days. She also thoroughly enjoyed speaking about herself in the third person. Email her at
