Office Manager & Volunteer Coordinator


The Office Manager at Media Ministries, Inc. (88.7 The Cross and Power 927.FM in Monroe, LA) is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of donor, sales, and advertising information; To assist and manage day-to-day office operations, establishing and implementing efficiency procedures, coordinating volunteer assistance and providing support to various departments. This includes record keeping, communication, and office maintenance. Must have a dynamic, friendly personality and enjoy connecting with people, as well as helping to create a positive office experience. Professionalism is paramount. You must also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. An overall positive attitude that adds to company culture is also incredibly important in this role, as the Office Manager is often the first point of contact. Customer Service is of utmost importance and should remain a top priority in this role as well.

Donor & Community Relations Manager


Media Ministries, Inc. (88.7 The Cross and Power 927.FM in Monroe, LA) is seeking a Donor & Community Relations Manager. The Donor & Community Relations Manager works under the supervision of the General Manager and is responsible for the management and growth of the Media Ministries, Inc. donor relations database. This position focuses on building relationships through strategic and sincere communication with both existing and potential ministry partners. The Donor & Community Relations Manager is responsible for retention & attrition rates as well as developing and executing strategy for major donor gifts. All staff are expected to focus on quality improvement as a part of their job responsibilities. This expectation includes, but is not limited to, teamwork, improving the donor/listener experience, fulfilling departmental goals, and other job-specific tasks that encourage excellence. Must be a good listener, fast learner, and integrator of information; experienced working with a wide variety of personalities and work environments; have excellent spoken and written communication; and be skilled in personal computer and communications technology. Makes every effort to maintain a ‘team first’ spirit and atmosphere within the workplace environment, fostering and maintaining appropriate working relationships with the Media Ministries team, community leaders and outside organizations. Must be available to work additional hours during fundraising events or at business functions outside of typical business hours.
