Digital Content Director & On-Air Host
Media Ministries, Inc. (88.7 The Cross and Power 927.FM in Monroe, LA) is seeking a Digital Content Director and On-Air Host. When you join our award-winning team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally in media, with the creative freedom that isn’t found in corporate. The DCD and will effectively engage the target audience, both on the air and through various digital platforms, while increasing audience and impact for the ministry. Creativity, strategic thinking, and initiative are highly valued and utilized in this position, as an increased online presence is increasingly important to the stations. Are you detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills? Do you also have an overall positive attitude that adds to company culture? If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through broadcasting and crafting an online presence, then we want to know more about you!
If you’re ready to lead a high-performing non-comm Christian music station – CCM 88.7 The Cross, we need to talk. This is the buckle of the Bible Belt, so the opportunity is big. We need someone with experience in listener-focused ministry, leadership, advertising and underwriting sales, fundraising, broadcast operations and non-comm FCC compliance. And a passion for being committed to and involved in our community. Ability to do vision-casting, budgeting, and working with a board a must.
