We are a small family of three seeking a mobile home that need to be moved. We have the money to move it. We have about $1500 after wards to purchase or repair the home.
Our trailer is badly damaged. The roof leaks, the floors are giving way, and there’s black mold in the ceiling.
Our trailer needs $10,000+ of work, new ceiling, new walls, new sub floor, cabinets.
We have a small child. She deserves a better home. Unfortunately we do not have enough credit to buy one. Nor could we afford a monthly bill on one.
It would be great if we could locate one in the ouachita parish and surrounding areas.
I can come up with $2000 to purchase one. But it would need to be livable with minor repairs needed.
