Presented by DBK Dance & Performing Arts and Downtown West Monroe Revitalization Group, the first annual event is a celebration of everything Fall! It’s a FREE event and is happening on Commerce Street, from 10a – 3p. Tons of activities are planned for you and your family, including a Pet Costume Parade and a Kid Costume Contest!
